We will acknowledge your complaint within three working days. An investigation will normally be carried out into the issues you have raised and you should expect a full response will be provided within ten working days. However, if the issue is complex it may take longer to respond and in that case we will provide information on what action will be taken and we’ll let you know when you can expect a full response.
